Josh Cunningham

Josh Cunningham joined the Board of Directors with a desire to both support and learn from the operational complexities of Camp Nor’wester. As a camp professional himself, currently serving as the Director of Outdoor Adventures and Programs with Scouting America, Seattle Council. Josh brings valuable "insider insight" to the board. His involvement is driven by a commitment to sharing best practices across the industry and helping Nor’wester continue to provide a safe, high-quality environment for campers and staff alike.

With an extensive background in program development, risk management, and site safety, Josh’s professional experience is rooted in the belief that well-run operations are the foundation of impactful youth experiences. He enjoys collaborating with other camp leaders to refine systems that support sustainable growth and community wellbeing. When he is not focused on all things camp , Josh is a dedicated Cleveland Browns fan and can often be found exploring the outdoors on hiking trips with his dog, Fitz.
