Every summer ends with a bang as we create our much-anticipated Summer Movies. These short films are a cherished tradition, showcasing the best moments from our action-packed season. Watch as campers and counselors share their favorite memories, hilarious anecdotes, and heartwarming experiences. It's the perfect way to relive the fun and friendship that make Camp Nor’wester so special. Be prepared for smiles and maybe a few happy tears!

The Movie Tour

We will be premiering the Summer 2025 Movie in Seattle and Portland, before releasing the final cut of the movie on our YouTube channel and social media platforms to reach our community far and wide.

Stay tuned for times and dates- we can’t wait to see you there!

The movie will feature highlights from this past summer’s camp sessions on Johns Island. We are excited to connect with campers, staff, and alumni and to celebrate last summer and look ahead to 2026!

Generally each year during the fall and winter seasons, the Nor’wester Movie Tour travels to several cities across the west. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we are starting to bring back more in-person movie showings. These gatherings are an opportunity to meet the Directors and learn more about the Nor’wester program. Alumni, past campers, and their families will also be at these gatherings and can offer their personal perspective. There is absolutely no obligation to enroll a camper at an Movie Show. And we love seeing returning campers and families there too!
