Staff Dates & Wages ~ 2012 Sumer Season
The season runs for approximately 10 weeks, from June 9/13 to August 23, 2012. Certain positions report earlier.
Wage Schedule for 2012

Returning staff will receive the entry-level wage for their respective position, plus $50 per year of previous employment with the camp. For example, a returning Unit Leader with 3 previous years at Nor’wester base salary of $2,050 / season + $150 bonus = $2,200.00 / season.
Staff members with current Life Guard Training, Advanced First Aid, EMT, or other advanced certifications will receive an additional $50 per certification for the season, each year. Staff members with current Waterfront Lifeguarding will received $75.00.
